First Color Commission!

Lately I have started taking color commissions to try to get myself a bit more comfortable with illustration. I am trying to take my art further, and work a bit smarter so that I can squeeze in a bit more polish. At the same time attempting different lighting situations, introducing unique materials and just try to explore different takes on a piece. This is my first finished one:

Okay so here goes a peice that has been collecting dust through the new year. Time to get rid of it since I am not going to work on it anymore.


Initially The guy on in the foreground was the focus, and then I decided that I wanted to open it up a bit more and actually have something going on. As I continued, I wanted there to be this robo threat. I could have added more depth by knocking the structure in the back in the env. I cant help but see all these things I could do which is why I held on the this for a while. Instead of polishing poo, I will post and learn from it.
